Arrival from Dubai - Chennai Immigration clearence - Record corruption on my passport [a proof for forward date specification]

kindly see that I went to on UAE on 22-MAR-2008 and I am returning from UAE on 15-JUN-2008 as per UAE stamping

kindly see that I am returning from UAE as on 16-Nov-2008 a forgery record created by the Indian government at Immigration clearance section.
